There are less than 20 participants from 6 levels. Possible?

Participation rate in the run is higher among pupils from higher levels than lower ones.
The second chart is not informative in the sense that we do not know who are the ones who took longer time, who are the ones who took shorter time. Sometimes, qualitative description is more interesting than quantitative ones.
